Two small round parts were not included with the rest of the items. I didn't get angry thinking it was just a mistake. The rectangular pieces looked beautiful and the birds (cockatiel and parrot) seemed to enjoy standing on them. This gave them a break from standing on perches. These parts are not suitable for larger birds. They are coated with a rough substance, making them difficult to clean without a cleaning brush. Using a cleaning brush will remove the coarse coating. Also, the screws on the rectangular pieces began to come out of the wood after a short while. I've noticed that after I've taken the rectangular pieces out of the birdcage two or three times, they start to fall apart and no longer fit snugly in the cage. At this point it becomes unsafe for the birds because they will tip over. I understand that I shouldn't expect the world to sell goods at such a low price.
