Accidentally broke after a few months just by taking it off. Zero customer service. Also annoying is the included recycled plastic strap, which has Velcro closure and the free end faces up, making it nearly impossible to get your hands in your pockets without getting snagged. I ended up buying a separate strap and pins for it. Overall I liked this watch until it broke what I thought was a solid one piece construction turned out to be poor quality glue.
