I have a hard time giving this product even one star for anything. I'm so pissed. I bought it for a specific job. I was hoping it could hold a charge and be used in a place where it would be difficult to have a corded glue gun. It was a Halloween concert. Well I've tried and tried and tried to make it work and of course it didn't work. work, it was even hard to get it to charge and once charged it wouldn't hold a charge. Absolute rubbish and waste of money. And now the return window is closed. Don't make the same mistake I did. A well-made cordless glue gun is too good to be true.
