Great Tool For Identifying Customer Emotions

It has been so helpful in determining what kind of customers I am attracting from different marketing efforts across my organization as well as understanding how much money we are bringing into each area of business via our online channels (Google ads). Not enough reports available for some industries such as direct response / telesales or multi channel campaigns which limits its usefulness somewhat but overall it's great! Keep using this tool and continue expanding your capabilities by building out more filters/reports etc - you will be making better decisions faster than without these tools :) We have several clients who utilize various types of social media platforms including Facebook & LinkedIn primarily through ad spend within Google Ads platform. By utilizing cogita data insights, not only do they understand their target audience best practices and habits when engaging them via traditional advertising methods like display banners vs organic content shares vs paid posts versus text messages. This allows us to develop effective messaging I like how Cogito is able to give me insights on the customer and their emotions. I also like the fact that it is integrated with other tools we use. I dislike how it is slow to load. It is a bit slow to load in the beginning. I wish it was faster. It would be nice to have a faster loading time. I am solving the issue of how to identify the customer's emotions. Customers are more likely to be satisfied when they are treated with respect and are given the opportunity to express their feelings.
