Great Tool For Identifying Customer Emotions

It has been so helpful in determining what kind of customers I am attracting from different marketing efforts across my organization as well as understanding how much money we are bringing into each area of business via our online channels (Google ads). Not enough reports available for some industries such as direct response / telesales or multi channel campaigns which limits its usefulness somewhat but overall it's great!
