I was blown away by how much better they worked when raising the rear window. Note on OEM lifter removal: Use a flathead screwdriver to pry up the metal bracket at each end. It will likely be rusty, but once it comes out the end will come loose. You may have to tear it down. Clean the ball joint with sandpaper to remove rust and lubricate before installing new ones. Do not pry the clips onto the new ones, they will just pop out. Much luck
