Very good support: Temperature and Humidity

First I found that the device works with my laptop (with Windows 7) but not with my PC with Windows 10. The factory was VERY quick to respond and helpful too this topic and so I was able to solve the problem. (Turns out I had an intermittent USB plug on my PC.)
