Edited Review: Added that although it keeps my tea very hot all day, the gray coating on the bottom is peeling off. The last time I filled it up, some water seemed to run down the side and it stayed in a damp place for about an hour. That was all it took to remove the gray underside trim. It looks like it will keep chipping and crawling up the side of the container. Sad because it WAS a very nice looking glass. WOW - just checked their return and the return window is exactly 30 days - now closed. It failed in 31 days - guess they know how long the finish will stay. Original Review: Just arrived this morning and did a quick test - great! Filled with freshly boiled 200f water and sealed. After 7 hours I checked the temperature - 180f. That's enough for me. I love the stylish look and the double mug that allows me to offer a mug to share if the situation arises. Tomorrow I will add tea and take my first flight. I think I'll make a protective carry case for it to preserve the nice gray finish that looks like it's lightly scratched.
