Review on Spoonshot by Flavio Scarola

I like how it is very user friendly for any level of experience with analytics/data science or not. Very intuitive interface! There are some features which could be improved such as adding more metrics (but this should come naturally in time). Also there's no way at all you can search from an API. The only option would be go through your own dashboard and use filters accordingly. We've been able to get insights about our customers' preferences quickly without having to spend weeks preparing reports manually - we were doing so until now when using SpoonShot was introduced into my team 2 years ago.
