Overall a good experience so far. Beautifully packaged and seemed well protected for shipping; However, the first had a broken hinge. Revain immediately replaced him. The instruction manual was terrible. Full of misspellings and poor illustrations that don't match the actual product. You really should invest in a technical writer. Once I figured it out, it was easy to set up. The corners could be improved. I wanted to bring the screens a little closer, but the design doesn't allow it. The image was sharp, just how I wanted it. I really like the carrying case as it protects the top screen when not in use. This is invaluable when working remotely and away from home.
