Bought these parts because I needed multiple doors for the window seat. Six feet by two, and after 4 edges were glued, flat surfaces were needed. When everything went well I achieved the desired result, I had two problems. One was the difficulty of adjusting the router table so that the two bits were centered exactly. It took a lot of test cuts before I was satisfied with the end result. I've made fence boards with no gap for each piece of melamine particle board, nice and slippery, but even the slightest deviation in cutting yields less than perfect edges, and at two foot ends with a six foot jib, it's difficult to control the movement of the workpiece. I cut a tongue in the plywood and a groove in the edge of the hardwood. It seemed right to me. After making the cross sections I made a longitudinal cut and managed to mess up one of my blanks because the kerf cut lost its center and thus when bonded to the edge tape exposed too many layers and sanded down to about 18 inches Here are the plastic boards made of feathers. I'm happy with the beats and have been reminded of the importance of paying attention to the necessary details. I ordered the Beats on Tuesday and opted for expedited shipping. They arrived before noon on Thursday.
