I've been trying to get details on who this dropsy might affect for quite some time now. So, after much deliberation, I purchased a 13-inch Thermaltake Core X71. The dropsy entered vertically on the front panel, near the hoses; unfortunately, the CPU ended up being the highest point. If the liquid's chemical make-up works with this design, I plan to incorporate an expansion tank into the return void. Obviously, this will put an end to the assurance.
