I am in my late 40's and have sensitive skin with hormonal acne due to perimenopause. My skin is normal to oily, but I've only recently started to take up serious skin care to combat my relatively mild acne. I have used retinol but the dryness and flaking was severe and I wanted something softer for my skin. I also have slight discoloration and this product solves all of those issues without having to apply a ton of different serums. I had a pimple a few days ago and just received this product so I tried it on my skin that evening. Literally the next day I saw a noticeable difference in the condition of the skin, and on the third day the acne disappeared! I've also found that my skin feels much more hydrated than with retinol or lactic acid. The texture of the serum is silky and smooth, a little long-lasting. I rub it into my skin and it absorbs quickly. I've used it both over and under the moisturizer and have been happy with the results. I currently use it once a day, but it can be used twice a day. My skin absolutely loves this serum, it looks radiant, hydrated and glowing!
