I purchased the 6.6' length which wound up being a little too long. I was set to ship it back to Revain, but contacted Zekoo customer support instead. Not only did they quickly ship (at no expense) the shorter length I should've ordered, but they also asked for all my door & closet dimensions so that they could ship out additional hardware just in case.This is my second Zekoo door installation. ok so you need to have some sort of carpentry ability in order to make these work. They are beautifully made and powder coated. Absolute top quality product, BUT don't try and do this if you think its gonna be easy. The instructions were confusing as heck and I ended up just making paper templates instead of doing their backwards math. Oh also everything on it is metric which is great unless you're american. Good quality materials. Hollow wall anchors do not work as supplied. The lag screws only work if you hit studs. The lag screws are to big for the anchors. Everyone of them stripped or broken. I have holes everywhere to patch. The instructions work but are poorly written. I tried to get support from Revain and vendor. Revain support process a joke. Didn’t hear back from vendor. Would have returned but have too much time invested. Would try a different vendor if I were buying again.

Looks very good and sturdy. But to read and the measurements is the hard part. Need the measurements in inches. I ordered the 7.5 foot. 7 x 12 inches is 84 inches plus (.5) = 6 inches is 90 inches. Steel bar was 90 1/2 inches. The bars is easy to cut with a hack saw. I needed 89 inches. The installation will be done in a week.

Prior to shipping, they work with you to ensure you have everything you need. The follow up, communicate efficiently and effectively, and are more than fair on helping with issues that are entirely not theirs. Despite a need to use this product in a different way than originally purchased, which is due to construction changes on our end and no fault of theirs, Zekoo is a definite choice on this type of hardware.

Pretty easy & straight forward to install. Instructions are not the best because it’s a "one booklet for all models” type. If you have common sense you’ll be fine at figuring it out.You will need to install a wooden board to add space out from the wall especially if you have a ornate or thick base board. I used a 1”x8”x8”. Don’t know if it was only on the one I ordered but I had to use a rubber mallet to force the bumpers onto the rails. Not a big deal. I highly recommend this unit.

****updated**** I orginally gave this product a 1 star review due to the fact there was a missing steel hanger that delayed us from putting up the barn doors. After complaining, they did ship the part within 2 days which is nice. After putting up the railing, I give 4 stars. The directions are clear, however make sure you follow them precisely. Description misleading. Unable to use , due to the capability or lack of capability to completely bypass.My handyman was delayed during pandemic and thus I missed The return window . I really would like to return! Company has promised to issue a refund if, IF I remove this review. I feel they should issue refund regardless and that would prompt me to revise with a more positive outcome.

Instructions were not very clear, and the wrong length bolt were sent. I had to go to the local hardware store to get the right bolts!

When you put this on a door that has trim, it ends up leaving about a 2 inch gap between the wall and door. Then there is about a 2 inch gap between doors. When you have a closet that is mostly seen from the side, the gaps are extremely annoying!

We used this on a door twice as big as pictured , it glides smoothly and effortlessly. Thanks for attention. We were happy with the price too.

The hardware kit is well made a durable. It is actually capable of being reconfigured from a bypass to a double slide. We chose to switch from the bypass configuration because the thickness of our doors created a gap between the doors that defeated the purpose of adding doors. Overall, we are very satisfied with the kit.

Overall happy with this by pass barn door. The instructions needed a little more detail. I had to really think this thru to make sure I installed it correctly and still had to re do a few things as the pictures vs detail was lacking.Also this really needs a disclosure of installing with a header if you cant find the studs

Work perfectly, minus 1 star since it was missing a couple bolts. After a trip to the hardware store and painting the new bolts black I was good to go. I cut the rails to fit the space I needed for the custom doors I built.

Directions were horrible. Search online for videos on how to assemble. IMO this is over priced for what it is. Should be half the price. Quality is good though.

This product has great quality and its easy to install. Some things they dont mention, but should be obvious: you NEED to install every single component directly on studs or on the door header. Make sure your door header is at least made of a 2x6. If not, consider installing additional blocking. Also, I highly recommend installing the railing over a piece of blocking the same thickness as your baseboard, to avoid crashes between the doors and the baseboard, and also to ease in the installation.

Originally we received incorrect spacers, but I contacted the seller and they replaced them right away! The hardware is sturdy and very attractive. The instructions could use a little improvement as they were difficult to understand. Overall we are happy with the finished product!

Not what we expected. Thanks for attention! Everything was pretty simple until we got to the wall anchors. Not worth what we paid.
