Hire a contractor in my review

Extremely hard instructions to understand especially the measurements,it’s as if they are written in a foreign way ,this track has been sitting in my living room uninstalled for around a month now ,I have watched several videos and read many articles and still cannot get it up.I have called several contractors to come install and no one wants to work with it

don't overthink the instructions. very well made.

the instructions seemed hard to follow until you actually got into the assembly. Very sturdy and impressive hardware. I have 3 6x8 cedar doors hanging solidly on 16 ft. of tracks.

Update: The seller replied to my original review with the missing parts, but still only 3 stars because the directions are so incredibly unclear.

Strong, sturdy, rustic look.

Barn door track looks great and rustic just as I envisioned. My best advice is before you buy make sure you have some building or carpentry skills before buying and attempting to hang yourself. There is some work involved and the directions could be better. I have a construction background and pretty much through directions away once I had the basic idea. Otherwise great strong sturdy product. You'll be happy if your thinking bout buying.

Great hardware in my review

this is perfect, only con would be if you are not a handy type I don't think I would tackle this alone. I did, but that's what I do, remodel and repair.

Amazing customer service, to match a fantastic product

Product is just as described, well packaged, and good quality. I thought the instructions were more than sufficient, just take your time and measure accurately.I was super impressed with their customer service. I had misplaced one of the packets of hardware, it included lag bolts, nuts, etc.This was completely my fault, I'm pretty sure my son buried them in the backyard somewhere. I emailed ZEKOO and told them I would pay for the replacement hardware. No questions asked, they sent me new…

Customer Service: my feedback

The product is made with quality materials and the installation instructions are easy to follow. I must ad that I had contacted customer Service because I needed to swap out a single rail bypass kit for a double rail bypass kit and they responded quickly and help to make the change so very easy. I highly recommend this Zekoo seller over any other. Very happy with my purchase.
