Elegant and easy to install
This product has great quality and its easy to install. Some things they dont mention, but should be obvious: you NEED to install every single component directly on studs or on the door header. Make sure your door header is at least made of a 2x6. If not, consider installing additional blocking. Also, I highly recommend installing the railing over a piece of blocking the same thickness as your baseboard, to avoid crashes between the doors and the baseboard, and also to ease in the installation. Everything is easier to plan on a piece of blocking that you can place horizontal and pre-drill, than up the ladder.Some hardware was missing, but I contacted them and they sent me a replacement.
