Review on Gates 22322 Upper Radiator Hose by John Roberts

Great for my '98 Honda CRV LX AWD. It took a little effort to wiggle, I'd say the perfect size. Appears to be well made, although not quite to OEM quality level. Got this because my radiator had a slow leak and decided to replace the hoses as they were original and almost 20 years old. Taking a closer look I could have left them - used a heat gun and they slid off nicely so no damage. pull on this tube to open the case (2 screws top right and bottom left). I used this thermostat, this thermostat because it was a bargain and included a gasket - at 180F it's 10F higher than the OEM 170F which I'm fine with. By the way, if you need a radiator for the 1st generation CRV, also use the Denso 221-3209 radiator. Fits my 98 CRV perfectly and works great.
