I was just watching Avatar in 3D at home after receiving my VP3D1 today. The viewing experience was exceptional. I used to go to the cinema to watch Avatar in 3D. I had to wait almost two months for this device, but it was worth the wait. Watching a movie on my 10 foot screen at home with a Viewsonic PJD-6531W 3D projector was just as enjoyable as in a movie theater. Setup was very easy and the VP3D1 converter worked flawlessly. Even in the projector's Eco mode, there were no problems with the brightness of the image. I had a few doubts after reading all the pros and cons on the discussion forums. After viewing my own setup at home, I have no more qualms about watching 3D at home. I'm so glad it just looks amazing. For me it's as good as the movies. Thanks to Viewsonic and Revain. Seeing is believing, and I have seen, so now I believe. The size of the projector screen is a real advantage. Reclined about 14 feet, the ratio is about what I would see in a movie theater. The film was as good as I remembered it. The film and the special effects are just amazing. I think that's enough emotion. I think I'll watch another movie. I'll break the popcorn too. My glasses are Xpand X102 and my Blu-ray 3D player is Panasonic DMP-BDT110.
