First time skin stitcher with real tool. Easy learning curve. I wish the instructions were printed larger with clearer images, but I was able to figure it out. Works perfectly! If the hollow handle was a little larger, it could hold the spools of thread along with spare needles. The needles and threads supplied appear to be of the highest quality. The wooden cap and handle should be made of a denser wood. If cared for it should last a long time, but harder wood would guarantee a better chance of having a tool for life.
