Need to modify on my review.
I had to add bigger spacers between the the back of the mailbox and wall when installing because the upper door wouldn't open because the back of the door will hit the wall and interfere. So I had to install bigger spacers to created a gap so that the upper door wouldn't hit the wall when opening.
