We had an elegant black and gold tropical theme for our daughter's wedding, but we didn't want to mess with 'real' crockery and cutlery. We took a chance with them and they did not disappoint. We've served steak and chicken and they were easy to cut (they were tender and not tough so it didn't take much effort to cut the meat) and MANY of our guests commented on the look of this cutlery! They couldn't believe it wasn't real and kept asking me where I got it. We were very happy with this purchase and would not hesitate to buy again for another event where we want lightness and elegance.
