Fits and feels good

Fits snug but doesn't feel uncomfortable and will keep you warm. Use outside at night at a temperature of 30-40 degrees. Works well under a sweatshirt and underneath with windbreakers (shell). Haven't tested under 30 yet, but I'm buying more.
