I use this zoom with Nikon D700 and "I'm happy as an elephant" - it's not always the same to carry a huge backpack with a set of optics . This zoom is totally worth the money. Pros: Versatile range of focal lengths, excellent sharpness - looking at the pictures it's hard to say that they were taken by superzoom. Got cons: For me they are not. A superzoom will always have a smaller aperture, but this zoom seems to me to be designed for full-frame DSLRs, which have little noise at high ISOs .
