Review on ELICE by Jacob Brooks

My interactions with ELICE have been a bit of a roller coaster. The quality of their products is all over the place, despite the fact that they have a wide variety of art materials available. Some of the things are of excellent quality, while others are obviously of a lower standard. In addition to this, the delivery of their orders is frequently unreliable, with some packages appearing significantly later than anticipated or not at all. The quality of customer support is inconsistent; at times they are helpful, but at other times it seems as though they are uninterested in finding solutions to problems. In general, I would advise customers to approach ELICE with extreme caution and give thorough consideration to all of their available choices before making a purchase from the company.
