I have periodic inflammation of the scalp. Anyone who suffers from "hot" and crusty scalp knows what I'm talking about. I've used various anti-dandruff shampoos, but then I remembered that the hairdresser recommended a mint shampoo a long time ago, and it worked. Can't remember what brand it was, but thought it might be, or very close. It cooled the inflammation on the first use and my scalp improved to the point that I am no longer a irritable head! I still use selenium shampoo once a week just for free, but when combined with that it seems to work well. My hair is soft and manageable, so I've stopped using conditioner for now.
