Edit: October 16, 2020 The seller Mr. Alvin has replied that unfortunately all three previous emails I have sent have been found to be spam. I don't know how three separate streams can end up like this, but okay. However after I asked Revain a question as to why they hadn't responded and after I left this email they got back to me and sent a replacement. The replacement has worked flawlessly so far. Support could use some improvements but in the end thanks for solving the problem. Unless you intend to buy a new cable every year, DO NOT buy it. Mine broke and probably shorted internally within a year of use. I bought a Lemo to P-Tap 2 pin power cable and twisted pair SDI BNC cable on 10/16/2019. Both failed in the last month of filming. First the SDI cable broke and I filed for a warranty claim, they were kind enough to send me a replacement. However, when a week later the 2-pin Lemo cable broke and our RED wooden camera's battery plate burned, costing us over $500 to repair, Alvin's cable refused to respond to my email with warranty claims. I just request a cable replacement and the defective unit can be sent back for repair and diagnosis. But still no answer. It seems that they will work with you, if they like you and won't ask for replacement if the things you bought don't work. But once you have made a return/replacement they will never give you guarantees for things you paid good money for. Just a complete scam, they were kind enough to send me a replacement.
