Review on 500GB Toshiba MQ01ABD050V 2.5-inch SATA Laptop Hard Drive (5400rpm, 8MB Cache) by Robert Bigelow

Four stars as no instructions or information came with it Mounted inside and then outside. the computer could not see or recognize it. After some gnashing of teeth and blowing off some steam, I did a little research and found that the drive wasn't initialized. Windows DiskManager started, disk initialized and formatted and now I use it externally. The next day I will reinstall this in my second bay as per the original purchase plan. This small document or even a simple sticker would deserve those five stars. Although the fault was mine as I "assumed" that the Toshiba HD was already formatted. Bought for backups just a few months ago
