weeks for this very expensive thermometer; excited to receive it. I can never understand how it works. The user manual is not clear. I turn it on; I bring it to my forehead; I'm waiting; I can't hear anything after 1 minute (which shouldn't take that long). I look at the screen; it's over again I put new batteries in. The same thing. Then I find that time parameters have been written into the memory function. I manage to bring it to room temperature. Then I try it on someone else, but as soon as I turn it on, the screen is bright red and says "Lo". eventually turns off, nothing in memory. This is an unbranded product and has no website for support. I will return mine.
