Pretty wrong with temperature and unclear directions

It was a bit confusing to use when it first arrived. It comes with instructions but they aren't great. "LO" keeps popping up and I don't know how to fix it. The instructions say "3 short beeps and red backlight for 3 seconds." What does that even mean? When I actually use it and take the temperature, the temperature seems very inaccurate. Once he said 72.8F and then 81.4F. Not at all. I'll probably return this because I feel like I can't rely on the accuracy. Does anyone have any advice, has…

I can't figure out how this damn thing works, the instructions are useless

weeks for this very expensive thermometer; excited to receive it. I can never understand how it works. The user manual is not clear. I turn it on; I bring it to my forehead; I'm waiting; I can't hear anything after 1 minute (which shouldn't take that long). I look at the screen; it's over again I put new batteries in. Really good quality head thermometer!

As the Covid-19 pandemic rages on I like taking my temperature frequently and wanted it to be easy and I didn't have to clean my digital oral thermometer every time I use it. I like its shape and the ease of use of the buttons.
