Quality and versatility
This is my fourth fondue pot and my first electric one. I did a lot of research and am very happy. The most important thing was that I could make three varieties and control the temperature. My 3 quart glass instant crock pot lid fits the ceramic insert so we can reuse any leftover cheese. In a pinch, a metal pot will also work as a humectant if you keep it low and add some eucalyptus. Has relieved me of dry sinuses and sore throat. I recommend Trudeau products for their quality and reliability.
