I use these to work with Armorlite 14/2 cable. The hole is still larger than I would like, despite the manufacturer's recommendation that they are suitable for this type of cable. I am rewiring at our church camp and have tried many Armorlite cable clamps but none of them work well. They at least hold the cable well and shouldn't fall out of the clamp like some of the other fittings I've used. I would like something better, but they do a good job.
