Good quality cable. The insulation can be a bit thicker, but if installed correctly, it will do the trick. Galvanic soldering tips were used for installation. It is recommended to wrap the insulation with high temperature electrical tape in two or three thick layers about three to four inches from the solder joint to protect the integrity of the jacket. It melts pretty easily if you're not very careful. When completely cool, remove the tape and use heat shrink tubing. I had to cut quite a few strands to fit under the ears. Of course it's a bit big, but it's not bad. I didn't use the included fuse holder as I have thermal switches, but I'm sure it will fit most audio setups.
