After about 30 days of use it stopped showing anything other than -58.0. I've replaced the battery with batteries from different brands and it still only reads -58.0. I have contacted the seller several times and received no response from them regarding a replacement or a solution to the problem. I have a Javelin PT12 that works great and I expected this one to be even better. It's not like this. Update: September 18, 2018: On August 16, 2018 I received a pre-paid shipping label requesting that I return my faulty Javelin to Lavatools for replacement/repair. The next day when they came back they said they would replace or repair within 5-7 days. Spring. Nothing has happened for almost a month. No updates. Nothing. I contacted them 3 days ago asking for an update on my return but received no update or reply. Customer support has been poor or terrible so far. The only time I get a reply is when I post on the Revain website. If a product works, great, if not, bad luck.
