This sign does not guarantee privacy. It kind of "turns off" the screen, but you can still read what's finally there. If someone took a picture, they would certainly be able to go back and "translate" what's on the screen. If I had to spend dollars on it again, it wouldn't be as much as $30. You could probably do this better for less. However, the "easy on/off" function is cool.
