Using a motorcycle for rowing and sailing

I bought these dry bags for me and my husband. It uses 12 liters in the trunk of this bike and I use 4 and 8 liters in my motorcycle backpack. A motorcycle backpack is considered waterproof; However, I live in the Pacific Northwest and rain is an issue. I think these dry bags will do the job. I will update the review if anything changes.
