Use a protractor to make sure the miter saw blade and table saw blade are exactly 90 degrees, then use a protractor to set the bevel on the saw blade to 22.5 degrees (as a test). I measured the distance with a magnetic digital sensor attached to the blade and it showed the 22.5 I needed. In other words, the protractor makes perfect angles.
