The straps that run up the sides of the bag are too high on the bag meaning it still feels no matter how tight you chest pocket tighten it flutters on the chest when running. Because of the way the straps attach to the back, even something like a phone will cause the bag to sag and the back to lift and rest against your neck. It doesn't rub or anything, but you can tell. I'd say I recommend it for small hikes when you don't want to carry a full backpack but still want something for your belongings. It dangles too much for a jog, but good enough for a hike. I have a white and black bag and it doesn't look too "menacing" or "tactical" and can be used as a simple street fashion breast bag if you want.
