The size is a little strange
A little difficult to get through the window. First I ordered the wrong size (too big. Will be back soon) but then I was able to get the right size. No leaks so far and everything works as advertised. **Update** HOOMEE contacted me and offered me a full refund for my first order. They responded very quickly and even sent me an installation video to help. I would definitely recommend them as a company.
