Review on DominateWorkforce by Jerome Brooks

It's great for tracking time off work as well keeping track of hours worked by employees! The interface isn't super user friendly but it gets better over time once you get past your first week or two using this software. I have not found anything about dominate workforce i dislike at all so far - everything seems like an improvement from what their competition offers (such as ADP). We use our own HR platform which we built ourselves however there was nothing available out-of-the box specifically geared towards HVAC companies/industries such as ours until now. This has helped us keep up wtih compliance regulations while also being able tp effectively manage employee payrolls & benefits information within one centralized place rather than having multiple systems scattered across different applications / platforms etc..
