I really liked these turtlenecks when I first received them. I pulled them out of the box, they fit perfectly, all the stitching seems strong, I really liked the finished neck. And then I washed them before I put them on. Well, I was wrong about the seams. The seams are finished and the fabric is too thin, although warm, to wear. Both shirts now have torn seams from the waist of the shirt to the arm. They were washed separately in linen bags, the hatch is warm. And only air-dried in appropriate laundry bags. They have already been washed and are therefore non-refundable. I have NOT contacted the company. I'll decide if I try that or fix the stitches myself. But I will be returning the second set I bought. I really liked these tops. I am extremely disappointed.
