I used it on my 2003 F-150 and it fit perfectly! I've read other reviews about it being loose or poorly assembled, but mine was perfect in every way! Mine appeared to be well constructed and didn't look or feel like it was going to break or fall apart anytime soon. And when I tried to insert it, it got stuck and clicked into place. I'll advise one thing: don't try to pull out your old one like another review said! It is not intended to be worn! The entire little panel it fits in, along with the lock and window switches, slides out with a single squeeze of the hand. Just pull up the entire plate and the more pointed part of the "triangle" with your hand and it will come loose. At the base of the "triangle" is a small tab that you can work with for free. Once you remove it there are simply 2 tabs on the back of this switch that you need to push in and pop out. NOTHING!Maybe that's why some people say theirs is loose or doesn't fit properly.Because they pulled the old one out and now the hole is a little clogged.
