x8'. Since I saved money buying cheaper tracks I thought it would be a good idea to get high quality clips. I didn't like the idea of having clamps with a bunch of plastic parts, so I went with these Powertec clamps. I just cut 6 sheets of MDF from 4' x 8' and had no problems with these clips. They are easy to adjust and perfectly match Powertec chains. They clamped the splints in place and wouldn't budge after making over 30 cuts. I didn't feel the need to babysit them while they shuffled back and forth between cuts. They seem strong enough to handle the abuse that can occur on a construction site. I am very happy with these clamps and consider them an essential tool for my chainsaw. I'd rather spend 20 seconds clamping the tracks than risk the tracks moving on critical cuts/expensive material.
