Bought for my Macbook Pro, easy install, found a youtube video and did it. DOWN YOURSELF ON THE FLOOR OR at least make sure you are touching metal, glass or rubber shoes/sandals (you will short out the motherboard and your laptop will die, or use rubber gloves). When I installed RAM and tried to start my Macbook Pro the laptop wouldn't turn on at all and I thought I turned my laptop off if this happens to you, don't panic or anything, simple advice ***when installing the RAM Disconnect the battery cable (Macbook Pro has it next to the RAM) If you like me but you don't and your laptop won't turn on, disconnect the battery and plug in the AC adapter (to see if the light is on) and then plug the battery cable back into the motherboard and it will turn on again.
