First I just want to say that this is a beautiful tree. I really liked it at first, but was very disappointed that one of the stars at the top of the tree didn't light up. I spoke to customer service about this and all they could do was give a 10% refund. It doesn't help though that it's very noticeable and even my kids pointed it out. I also can't stand the fact that it doesn't remember the previous setting when you turn it off and on again. The settings are ridiculous, I mean they flash incredibly fast, they could give someone a fit! The only suitable setting is the last one that isn't blinking. But if you turn it off and on again, it doesn't remember the settings you've used. And the only way to control it is the button at the bottom of the tree. If I had more time I would return it. But if you're even considering it, I'd suggest finding it elsewhere. I don't recommend at all.
