Review on Motorola 53724 Remote Speaker Microphone by Johnathan Delgado

Ordered 4 of these mics for our T460 radios. Each microphone worked flawlessly for about a month. Sent it in under warranty and they sent me a replacement. The exchange took only 30 days. I called and emailed Motorola Solutions to guarantee or get my money back. Got a leg on the phone and via email. I then received an email that the warranty had expired just a few days after it expired. I made my case by showing my previous emails and they replied that the guarantee does not apply to work use, only leisure use. I feel that these mics should serve in a clean shop if used for recreational purposes. I won't buy them again, chinese junk. We've since bought the Arrowmax APM250-M2 IP56 and they've worked great so far.
