Don't grind! When I rotate the top to sand it just unscrews and pops off.
The set is very nice and looks great, but the mill doesn't actually grind salt or pepper! If you grab the bottom and twist the top to grind, the top just unscrews from the device as if you're trying to fill it up. Then it breaks up. Couldn't get it to grind anything but yes it's easy to fill. It just doesn't work after filling. Pooh.
