I like that it is easy to use, makes scheduling appointments simple with reminders sent out prior to appointment time via email or text message which helps me keep track of my schedule more efficiently as well! It can be difficult at times for new users who haven't used this software before so make sure you go through any training material provided by their support team beforehand if needed (as there are some videos available online).

The ease in using has made our pharmacy run smoother than ever before allowing us better attention during busy periods such as flu season when we have many clients coming into clinic requesting prescriptions/medications from various doctors all within one day period.
