DO NOT BUY THIS BELT

I injured my back five years ago and having an SI joint belt has been one of the most helpful things to get me through my lower back pain and si problems.In the past year this is the fourth SI joint belt I have purchased and I completely regret it. I’ve had it less than two months and it no longer stays closed. Every time I put it on the Velcro let’s go after the smallest movement, but now it’s past the return date. Complete waste of money. Look elsewhere bc I promise you there are better SI joint belts out there. Btw I am 5’ 4” and 110 lbs so it’s not bc of the sizing.

Works really good helps my Lowe back.

Cons

That the velcro doesn't stick well so you can only use it under your clothing or it will fall off
