I use this pasta set with a Kitchenaid Professional Blender. That works great! I've used it for linguine and angel hair spaghetti and for making ravioli sheets. Works perfectly, easy to install and remove. While I appreciate the taste (fresh pasta!), it depends on your pasta recipe. I use it with semolina, Italian flour 00 and Italian durum wheat flour in the mix. And it's delicious! It's a little tricky to clean and doesn't have clear cleaning instructions, but I think it's in the nature of the animal and I'm very happy with it.
