The holes in the filter and fir were too small
The filter came with open ends. This allows air to flow through the hole and not be filtered. I was able to pull it out to use them instead of sending them back. The packaging and the cardboard frame around the filter are not wrinkled. I also ordered 20x23x1 and found out they are 19.5x22.5x3/4. Unusable for my device. I've just checked the product description to make sure it doesn't say 'actual size' anywhere.
